Crisis regarding India and Pakistan always find a way to trend on any issues be it is terrorism, cricket or any other happenings. Talking on any note, India and Pakistan has always been tied to a note of friendship as well as enmity. And the term Enmity will be easily proven by one of the instances happening on this good earth where Indian police charged a case of sedition on Indian Muslims regarding the Anti-India and pro- Pakistan. During the recent Champions Trophy cricket final between India and Pakistan, some Indian Muslims were seen raising the slogan of Anti-India and pro-Pakistan and bursting crackers too.

In regard to this matter, the police played a significant role where they have decided to arrest the 15 doers while the police in Madhya Pradesh told reporters that sedition was hard to prove and they have been charged for disturbing communal harmony. The arrested issue came from the complaints by the Hindu neighbours, that they burst the crackers during the defeat of India by 180 runs.

There was also a statement by official police officer RR Parihar related to the additional charge of conspiracy against the men, which would also go on and said that the charges to be proved is not so easy due to their non-criminal backgrounds. The accused were sent to the jail of Khandwa on Tuesday. Sedition Charge is a big issue as anyone charged with it have to surrender their passports, they are not eligible for

government jobs and have to necessarily appear in the courts as and when required and spend legal fees on it.

There were numerous statements from the family members of accused who denied the charges against them.
