1. Follow this sequence- Most important to least important.
When you are writing, keep it in mind that there will be numerous
resumes apart from yours to read. It is obvious that the reader will hardly
take the pain to look through each one of them until the end. So, here is
the strategy that you’ll need to follow. Write the “good impression
building” points first in your resume. This will help in grabbing the
attention of the recruiter more easily.

2.Give your admirable deeds some background too.
You cannot just brag about your accomplishments, instead present it in a
way that is more relevant to your recruiter. For example, You have
written “increased sales of xyz firm by 20%”. What was your master
plan behind it? The reader will be more interested in this.
3. Add various dimensions to it
You have mentioned your skills and also provided proper background to
them. Now, what next? The recruiter would like to know why or what
you actually did which gave such results. The idea is to add some details
to answer reader’s further questions if they arise.
4. But avoid too many details
Do not remain clung to a single fact/accomplishment. Too much
information will not be a good idea. So, keep it short and simple. Keep
some space for your other experiences and follow the same process.
