Kim Kardashian is an American reality television personality born on 21 October 1980. She is the daughter of Robert and Kris and has an older sister Kourtney, younger sister Khloe and a younger brother Rob. She received education from Marymount High School which is an all girls' school. She firstly was a friend and stylist of Paris Hilton but then became very famous when her sex tape with her boyfriend Ray J was leaked in 2007. After that she and her family started coming up in a reality television series named "Keeping Up with the Kardashians". As a result she soon became very popular. In the recent years Kardashian has been frequently using Instagram and twitter and has become a social media presence which ultimately leads to more and more of fans and followers on Instagram. There are even many products of her name which are widely sold all over the world like that of mobile games, clothing and many other products. In 2015, she was the only one who was the highest paid reality television personality with total earnings exceeding 53 million dollars.

Kim Kardashian West built her empire on the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality series, to be sure, but she's also an expert side hustler, with apps, Kimojis that broke the app store and related merch, beauty lines, and other ventures.

Some of them started off as licensing deals—whereby she lent her name to a product in exchange for some of the profits—but she's since moved on to more hands-on work.

And it's paid off: Just as an example, her first line of fragrances, all 300,000 of them, sold out the initial November launch. In any case, she's worth a reported $175 million now, so when she dished out some business advice at Saturday's Create + Cultivate panel, moderated by Blended Strategy co-CEO and co-founder Allison Statter, you can bet we were listening. She also stated that when you do few things that eventually become successful then it gives you more confidence and good vibes. You feel more strong, enthusiastic and energetic to progress in that fields and make wonders as it gives a positive motivation. Besides she also loves spending time with her husband and children. The only thing she loves to do is handle her business. That's what gives her immense pleasure. According to her, her family actually supports her and builds her.

In an interview with Variety, Kim told that there are three rules for succeeding in business-

1) The first simple rule in succeeding in business is that you must be organised. If you are not organised then it will be a huge problem and succeeding in business will become an impossible task.

2) Secondly, you have to be active and energetic. If you will be lazy then wont be able to do anything in life. People usually find it difficult to wake up in the morning and go to work. So laziness should be avoided.

3) Do only that work in which you have a keen interest in. Then only you can find ways to succeed in that path and you will also enjoy that work and will not take as a burden. If you do that work in which you don't have any interest in then you will find it frustrating after some time.

In the year 2009, she became guest host of Wrestlemania and guest judge on America's next top model. When her product lipgloss was sold, every single penny went to the foundation to fund women entrepreneurs in the US. Also in december 2009, she made a uest star appearance in CBS's CSI:NY with Vanessa Minnilo.
